We put a healthy yet mouth-wateringly delicious spin on a Filipino-classic: tuna sisig. Watch the video below to learn how to make it at home!


200 grams (female portion) or 250 grams (male portion) tuna fillet, thawed (you may substitute for lean chicken breast/thigh)

• 1 pieces Jalapeno chilis (siling pangsigang) sliced

• juice of 3 Calamansi

• 2 tablespoons braggs liquid aminos or organic soy sauce

• ½ white onion diced

• 1 tablespoon culinary coconut oil OR Olive oil

• 1 organic egg

• 1-2 cloves garlic (optional)



1. Dice tuna into bite size pieces, sautee in pan until half-cooked

2. Heat pan, brush with culinary coconut oil

3. Sautee onions until slightly brown, add tuna

4. Add Braggs liquid aminos/soy sauce, calamansi juice, garlic and sliced green chilis

5. Take pan out of fire. Crack one organic egg on top of the cooked tuna and mix

6. Serve on a hotplate if available
